Order Fulfillment | Returns and Exchanges

• We fill orders within two days of when they arrive. If an item is out of stock, we notify the customer immediately by email or phone, and make arrangements to either refund or place on back order.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with a recently purchased product, you may return it in new, undamaged condition within 60 days of your purchase for an exchange.

• Proof of purchase required.

• If you wish to return an item, please call us at (575) 756-1650 or email us at tierrawools@handweavers.com. We will email you a return label that you can print out and attach to your return package.

• You will be charged the exact shipping cost of your return (unless it has been an error on our part, in which case we will pay for the return shipping).

• Returns may take up to three to four weeks to process.

• You may also bring a return item to the Tierra Wools store at 2540 US Hwy 84/64 and make your exchange in person.
